I got great value for my money at The Dots Hostel. The room was modern and cozy, everything looked new and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the food options.

I stayed at The Dots for a quick overnight stay and it was perfect. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us recommendations for our trip. They also offered complimentary water and juice for all guests. The cozy decoration of the hostel added a nice touch to the overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hostel was a hidden gem in a drab part of town. The minimalist design and makeover with clever white walls made for a pleasant stay. It was a short walk to the old town and main shopping areas, which was very convenient. Additionally, the hostel was not in the super center of town, so it was quieter and cheaper, but still easy to walk anywhere.
The front desk had their own TV blaring at nearly midnight, even though no one was watching it. It would have been better if they had turned it off to save electricity and not be the loudest person in the hostel.

I had a great stay at Dots! The location was perfect, just steps away from the city center. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed help with posting a package home. The lounge and dining area were great places to meet new people. Plus, they had complementary fruits, coffee, tea, and cereal all day, a nice touch. I highly recommend this hostel.

The beds were super comfortable, clean, and had a lovely sitting area in the family room. Extras such as drying rack, amenities with toothbrushes, makeup pads, cotton buds, shower gel, and even little chocolates were provided. The kitchen/breakfast area had complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and juices. The staff were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist with advice on day trips and places to eat. The location was great, right in the town centre, and the street was quiet throughout the night. The hostel had basic cooking facilities, a fridge for guest use, and free tea and coffee. The common areas had pleasing interior design and were a great place to relax. Close to the train station. Personal locked storage boxes were provided.
Felt warm, but no complaints.

I had a great time at this hostel! the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was top, notch. I loved that they offered airport pick, up for a reasonable price, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, and there were plenty of washrooms and showers available. Plus, they served breakfast and other food and drink options, which was a major bonus.
The lack of proper air conditioning. the tiny air, conditioning unit in the room wasn't enough to combat the heat, and there was only one small fan available.

I recently stayed at The Dots Hostel for a weekend getaway in Zagreb. The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room in the 6 female dorm was spacious and filled with natural light, and the separate washrooms were perfectly clean. I loved that snacks, tea, coffee, and water were available in the public area. The hostel's proximity to the main square made exploring the city a breeze. it was a wonderful experience.
Would recommend this hostel.
